Thank you for shopping with Garments by Chaos. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship within the United States only using USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Garments by Chaos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Garments by Chaos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by USPS.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Garments by Chaos.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact garmentsbychaos@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
