We offer returns and refunds only in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. All other sales are considered final.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to report an issue that qualifies for a return or refund.

Be damaged, defective, or the wrong item sent

Be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused)

Include original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval before any further resolution is provided.

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item (showing damage or incorrect item)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Damages, Wrong Items & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue. Resolution will be determined after inspection and approval.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
